This review sounds like what I am expecting from the movie.

I would love to see a collection of photos like this for Silent Running / 2001 A Space Odyssey / Alien etc :)

Now models can be made with fairly cheap 3D printer, painted up etc. I do 3D graphics but I prefer getting them made in real life and photographing them these days, I feel it gives more freedom and unexpected effects.
