Edit 2: there is a 6.8 Kg weight minimum required by the governing UCI for competition bikes. It is, apparently, easy to build lighter bikes, and riders often actually have to add weight to remain in compliance. Therefore, my post is moot and I’ve lost 20 minutes of my life to the internet.
