And digital menu boards not only let them switch easily between lunch and dinner menus, it lets them raise the prices at a moment’s notice without the inconvenience of handwritten numbers on pieces of tape stuck over the old prices while they wait for new menu boards to come back from the printer.

I’m not saying you can’t have a good digital menu board, but it seems all the ones I see (mainly McDonalds and Burger King around where I live) they don’t show the entire menu the entire time. Instead, sections cycle through offerings, and I absolutely hate it.

As one of the employees in charge of maintaining and cleaning a Manitowoc unit...this is an absolutely terrible idea.
