Seemed like he handled that pretty well.

I'm Black and a business school graduate. This is exactly how I read it. In fact he pretty much smears the local white population as bigots. The fact is that he needs their money to stay a float because the local black population alone cannot support a NBA franchise. So he has to find a way to appeal to them even

I totally agree. We're making a climate where it's not okay to talk about race, ever. Granted, Levenson is especially cynical about race as it relates to his business, but business people talk in numbers. If anything, from what I get from his email, he doesn't have any hate in his heart toward people of colour. Which

As a black person, I dont speak for all black people, we are not monolithic, But reading this email, I dont think its racist, its just a business man trying to figure out why his shit is fucked up. Hes speaking frankly, and probably factually on alot of his points, Hes basically saying mix this shit up, black and

This just sounds....weird....but not totally racist. It seems he is mostly blaming the racist white ATL population ("This was just racist garbage"...mentioning that the perception of danger overwhelmed reality of attending a game...racial coding..) and some curious ways to express his feelings (his "balking" and

Did you actually read this? He's blaming the poor attendance on racist southern whites, not blacks. He is making the observation that much of the population that attends the game is black and he goes on to say that this makes southern whites uncomfortable (which he describes as "racist garbage").

Soooooo, where is the assault?

CLICKBAIT OR NAH?

Michigan fans did the same thing at ND. So many polos and $300 oversized aviator sunglasses.....

Never underestimate the power of the body blow.

It's coming right for us!

In all fairness, the new rule about getting out to attempt to walk on the track only applies to drivers.

Allen Bestwick may have had the best line about the whole situation, "When I asked which driver's shirt he was wearing while doing this, I found out... He wasn't wearing a shirt."

You are seriously calling a domestic violence victim who fled to avoid her attacker (or, as far as we know given that she has disappeared, was killed by him) a "coward"?

How is it even remotely surprising that this sport is filled with horrible douchebags? The list of men doing terrible fucking things who have affiliations with MMA is impressive.

I do wonder if the time is coming when the Fertittas are going to have to take responsibility for their "boy's" actions and decisions. It's not like Thiago Silva is a huge revenue generator for the sport (which shouldn't matter one way or the other, but let's be real).

I see you care more about the professional athlete here than someone who was bullied to within an inch of her life. I'm glad you've got your priorities straight. (Hint: Employment in a professional sports league is not a constitutional right.)

Except "aquitted" means something very specific- a verdict of not guilty after a trial occurs, as opposed to the charges simply being dropped before trial because the victim/witness fled the jurisdiction in fear of their life. That isn't the legal process, that is intimidation.

Jesus Fucking Christ. I feel I need to defend MMA as a sport, but Dana White and the UFC board need to all be fired. What the fuck were they thinking?
