BTS only signed to a Western label for the purpose of releasing music in Western markets. They're still signed to a Korean label at home, just not one of the Big 3.

I'm literally dumbfounded that you chose to be deliberately obtuse and focus on Nilus's failure to specify gender as a way to ignore his otherwise apt question.

I was going to make a similar comment, but replacing redheads and petite guys with brunettes with strong personalities (which I will admit sometimes translates to a “thing” for Hebrew or Korean women, simply because thanks to genetics and culture, those groups tend to fill the above criteria more often than some

Funnily enough, “The Sound of Her Wings” is probably one of the few stories I could actually see working as live action, albeit with sparing use of CGI.

Or Ramadan, without making it horribly racist somehow. Granted, it's been a while since I read that one, so maybe it's already problematic...

That's the joke. Seriously, I agree with the OP that this is very much doomed to suck. Someone elsewhere mentioned Noah Hawley as someone who could do it justice, but there's no way in hell they'll get him.

As brontosaurian pointed out, she was actually okay on Last Man on Earth, though considering how cringe-inducing that show is, I’m not sure it’s a particularly high bar to clear.

That was my first thought as well.

Oh, fuck you. Get the hell out of here with your bullshit.

Still better than fuckin' "Khaleesi," aka "white trash baby name of the year" for 7 years running.

Same. High five fellow 38/39 year old Mad Magazine reading 80s kid!

They actually reviewed it until around the time of Kinjapocalypse.

Yeah, I had just assumed the season 3 finale was a series finale because it just felt complete. It would have by necessity been an entirely different show if it had continued.

Yeah, the fact that "Gift Receipt" wasn't ranked dead last tells me everything I need to know about this list. And "New Joe" should have ranked much higher.

I don’t think anyone is trying to claim that someone can’t come out the other side of a trauma such as rape a stronger person. But it’s such a tired and poorly executed trope in film and literature. It’s less a matter of it being something that should never be used, and more something that shouldn’t be used until

Too many people seem to think Mary Sue just means "a girl who can do things I wish I could do."

Actually, it was more or less a commandment, but it was also something that would piss off conservatives as it was referring to taxes. He was acknowledging that the Roman government, oppressive though they seemed, was still providing benefits to its subjects, and it had the right to demand payment for said benefits.
