Sounds like Elon Musk is feeling the heat. The first day the report came out, Tesla was still denying everything by saying it was a subcontractor issue. Kudos to SJ Mercury for exposing this.

Id get fired for doing everything I could to delay the terrible, yet inevitable further developments of autonomous/self driving/skynet enabled cars.

And it is still one of the dumbest forms of racing ever created. I liken it to, as a form of entertainment, to that of flagpole sitting and snow shovel racing.

tesla people wouldn’t care too much they’re getting a subpar car, or poor finish work and ill fitting trim. they do care about driving a tesla and looking at others, waiting for the expected admiration to come their way.

At least this guy is a seasoned professional that has been in the car building business.

Good lord I wouldn’t want anyone associated with VAG near my car company right now - especially managing anything with the word “production” in it. Optics matter.

My impression of European engineering is that they love clap trap. Germans seem to love fixing a problem by adding parts, and then adding parts to fix problems with the new parts and so on and so forth.
