This Mac was owned by a cigarette/weed smoking hipster of some sort. You can tell by the brown "dust goo" (I've fixed enough smokers' PCs to tell the difference) and the fact it's a mac. So much grody in one image.

No, never. A $300-$400 card will max out most games available @1080p. Until 4k, 60hz is widely available there's no need to these cards. It's really just nVidia and AMD having an e-peen contest once you go past the $500 mark.
