This is not true. Do a lot of them come from wealthy families? Sure. The vast majority? Not quite.

Not to mention, he didn’t “open with” that phrase, as the OP keeps insisting - and was rather calm and polite throughout the exchange.

Generally the air marshal is called only if it’s already established someone is getting off the plane, so I took his meaning to be either you get off and you leave or you get off and you go to jail - her cooperation at that point was establishing what happens off the plane.

He didn’t “open with” that - he spoke to her very calmly, politely, and respectfully for nearly 30 seconds before she started freaking out - at which point he said that (rather calmly, I might add). He was calm throughout the entire exchange, including when the woman lost it and they removed her from the plane

I was a flight attendant in a previous life. If they already returned to the gate AND cops were there this had already been discussed to death. I have had unruly passengers who did this exact thing: tell me I’m a flying air maid and to Shut the fuck up about putting the Dog in the carrier...they are goi,g to have my

The air marshal is not in charge of calm. That’s supposed to happen before they arrive.

Thank God no one ever gets hurt in the petroleum business.

This guy would have the pizzas made in Mexico if he could.

Have you noticed how many trucks are on the road at any given time? Multiply that by the entire planet and think about that for a moment.

Maybe he’ll celebrate by letting his employees have health insurance.

Papa John is a tax dodging gay hating wage filching one percenter. Zero pity. Negative fucks given.

Overjoyed that this was the first comment. Fuck Papa John.

99% of the time I would agree with you. But the guy was a selfish ass who wanted to take away from people just because they passed a law basically saying take better care of your people.

Yep, trying to muster up some sympathy for him and it’s just not happening.

I literally was a teenager (19). What better options would I have had going to school and working? Let me know and I’ll hop into my time machine so I don’t offend you.

After personally meeting the guy (worked at a corporate PJ’s in KY), he’s a douche. I thought it’d be cool to sympathize about his then missing Z/28 and he just looked at me like I was week old dough that crawled from under the oven. Fuck him.

Yeah, ever since his whole stance against healthcare (I guess I’ll just have to cut hours/jobs!) I’ve hated his douchey face and refuse to order his pizza.

Papa John is a giant douche, so I don’t feel sorry for him.

It's illegal in most places to ride on the sidewalk. A bike is a vehicle, and has every right to be on the same damn road you're on. The only place a bike shouldn't be is on a highway where speed limits are often 60+ mph. I realize you probably see a lot of cyclists breaking the laws that cars follow, but that does

Some states actually have laws against riding a bike on a sidewalk, Pennsylvania being one of them so it wouldn't surprise me if NY and NJ were the same.
