I’d be happy to pull out of the garage, drive to Sonic or appropriate regional variation for road trip food, pull back in driveway to set up grill, lawnchairs, etc. for some better-than-back-yard-camping!

Good point. My HVAC system barely works anymore compared to when it was new, because the filter is clogged with dust and pet hair. Time for a new house, I guess.

The Q-Beam flashes at 6 per second. It’s not obnoxious. And seems to be a good safety feature, as in, people see you.

They typically blink at about 3~4 Hz, which is hardly strobing. Secondly, they shouldn’t be shining right in your eyes. It modulates between standard DRL and a bit above that. They do not modulate between DRL and highbeam.

What are you, a deer in headlights? Do you struggle to stay on the road when an ambulance passes you? Do you veer for the ditch when you check your mirrors? Do warning lights on tow trucks make you crash into trees?

Interesting...It’s the opposite effect for me. If I see flashing lights, I’m going to want to get out of the way.
