NO! Touch screens are not the answer. The answer is using your phone / tablet to connect wirelessly, and use that to type in stuff for your car. You should not be deep diving menus while driving, so something for when you are stopped. Now, one less screen to constantly clean, has the ability to use a person’s handicap

I think you’re correct that this is/was a first gen Corvair, and the “horn” is what is left of the fuel filler, with the smaller tube being the vent.
