Is 2021 the year of chili crisp and chili oil? I can get behind that.

Two factors on air fryers that make them more consistent. Smaller area for food, so hotspot variations are smaller. They are limited by wall outlet power 110/120 volt.

Hot dog is a hot dog. If you want potato with it.... Add tater tots. Mmm.

I also recommend going Indian style potato sandwich.... The aloo sandwich.

Could the flours you use already have some of these ingredients? Also, you are missing modified starch (like expandex) on your list. Maybe not as important for regular baking, but useful for gluten free baking.

I have not made home made Pierogi yet. I have additional challenges due to food allergies, but maybe I should try doing a gluten free version some time. Sigh, I already have a project lined up, Dan Dan noodles, still need to check the ingredients for gluten before starting. Hopefully I can make it this weekend.

Check out YouTube First We Feast , George Motts, the Burger Show. Bored with the same old, try giving some of those a spin. And for the thin crusty crispy smash burgers...  no need to guess, go for the crust. Oh, and get a Thermapen. I have a drawer full of that and I knock offs I use all the time to check temps on

The multi million Canadian dollar maple syrup heist has to be the sweetest food crime ever....

Simple cross contamination can mess things up. Panera had some ready made gf soup at CostCo, and it was no bueno. At least I can test for gluten now to reduce my exposure. Your mileage may vary, I am very sensitive to gluten.

Mixing can be hapazard. Check the characteristics, and play around with the thickeners. Cut back on xanthum, add psyllium husk or expandix. Or say to h*ck with it and use 100% tapioca starch and modified tapioca starch and know the bread has 0% fiber....

Step one for authentic sour dough.... Move to San Francisco. Sigh.

That is more than I have to deal with. A few suggestions....

Two factors. Food cost (cheese is the most expensive part of a fully assembled pizza). Premade crusts for high quality cost more, and made to order is a nightmare for training, speed and high quality. For a novelty crust with low volume, higher price point, and doesn't fit your service mix.... Meh.

Needs an order of wings in the middle of that stuffed crust box. Or whatever side dishes you can order.

Meh. Icicles couldn’t be worse than the lead paint on the side of the house with strawberries growing underneath. Yeah.... That got replanted with non food plants.

My first thought was, “See your Doctor.”

Ham salad. Couple of spins in a food processor, add mayo, pickles or relish, maybe some mustard. Or freeze, bring out for New Year’s and blitz in food processor and add to cream cheese, roll in chopped nuts for a (ham and) cheese ball.

Is it an abomination? Yes. But if you like it, go ahead. I was mildly curious until the lima beans and pineapple. Hard no for me on this recipe, but maybe a different version of pizza chili. Hmm, what about pizza chili pie? Just sauce a pizza with chili instead of pizza sauce....

Buddy, do they have a SUV for you....

Don’t forget truck kun.
