My Skoda is the most Superb

It’s because weight is irrelevant in this instance when determining whether the Model Y is an SUV. Only three-row versions qualify because that is the easiest way for a manufacturer to get a crossover/hatch/wagon/whatever qualified as an SUV. See the current Tiguan. FWD versions all have 3 rows because that’s all VW

Real talk: How did you get the Polestar to stay on to take the pic? I rented a PS2 Performance from National and wanted to take pics of its lighting but the moment I stepped out of the car, it shut off. Tell me your secrets!

Also considering it’s been decades since these things have existed, and if it does need to exist, how is this not something integrated into all new cars?

It’s very interesting to me that Geely will soon be selling two very different EV SUVs here in the States soon: the Polestar 3 and this. At the Eletre’s base price of $101,000 (I know straightforward conversions are seldom accurate), the Eletre seems like a no brainer if given the choice between the two. It’s 10

Gotta be honest, the whole point of Super Cruise, BlueCruise, and Nissan’s upcoming ProPilot Assist 2.o is that you actually can take your hands off the steering wheel. Of course in allowing that, it just gives the user more confidence to do things that they’re not supposed to do behind the wheel.

I get that but like.... they couldn’t have moved it to the center console like Mazda, or just left of the HVAC controls? That bezel looks yucky.

I like sensible, clean design so the Prologue so far is a winner to my eyes, especially when compared to the dimensionally similar Blazer EV that I’m not fond of.

I may be wrong but I think you may be confusing me with OP, so I can’t vouch for their experience haha. But yes, when I’m on work trips my job foots the bill for me but if I upgrade that comes out of my pocket. I don’t mind too much because a P2 for $50/day is still a screaming deal.

I get super cheap car rentals through National/Enterprise because of my job. The base daily rate I pay for access to National’s “Executive Aisle” is $34-$38 depending on what airport I go to, and to upgrade to a Polestar 2 (which I just did in May) was an extra $100/day, but I actually negotiated with the attendant to

You’ll want the Integra if you like the performance of the Civic Si but don’t like it’s sparse feature set, you want an auto, and you want the practicality of a liftback. The difference in price between both (base Si vs base Integra) is $3,500, a sum that I think is worth it.

Although I agree that the author should have compared the Integra to the BMW 2 Series GC and Audi A3, I gotta say the Integra’s interior is quite nice when compared against the ancient IS’s interior (The IS still uses cheap Toyota switchgear from 10 years ago...). Then when you consider the fact that the Integra is a

Watching the international press walk around this car on YouTube, I have to say I’m really impressed with this little guy. It’s 168 inches long, so about as long as my GTI, but the back seats are huge. The seats slide fore and aft too so the hatch looks to be more usable than my GTI too.

The only thing I can imagine is that the nine yachts in the manmade lake will be permanent fixtures there? Either way this whole project looks ridiculous but considering it’s less than an hour from where I live I’ll probably swing by. Sitting in the grandstands of course.

Also worth mentioning is the fact that in the event of an accident with Drive Pilot enabled, Mercedes-Benz will take full legal responsibility. Cool!

As a resident of Miami I so badly want Brightline to succeed and am excited about their Orlando/Tampa expansion, but these “accidents” I fear will only steer the general public further away from mass transit. Something South Florida desperately needs!

My mom, ever since she got her driver’s license, has owned 6 cars. A 3rd gen Toyota Tercel, a ‘92 GMC Jimmy, an ‘02 GMC Envoy, and three NMS Passats (‘13 TDI, ‘17 TSI, and ‘20 TSI). I’m convinced my mother curses any model of vehicle that she buys.

Don’t forget about the equally exciting Lexus EV wagons that were previewed today!

At this year’s dealer meeting in Vegas Nissan told dealers that a smaller Ariya EV crossover was coming and I definitely believe that this Chill-Out is it. Definitely hoping for that truck too though...

No, they are not backlit on the ID.4. Nor are they backlit on the MK8 Golfs, and I’m sure whatever else future VW models that will have the same button arrangement.

Literally every uber-lux sedan has gooseneck hinges these days since you can’t have a power-closing trunk without them (except for the Phaeton, as far as I can tell). As long as the hinges are covered and don’t crush my luggage, I’m happy.
