About the washer-dryer alignment - I can’t think of a place I’ve lived in where the washer-dryer was anything OTHER than dryer on the left, washer on the right. I rented a few places that had stackables, but the 3 houses I’ve lived in the longest all had dryer on the left, washer on the right.

I hear what you’re saying, but since last season was the first since ‘11 that the Brewers finished ahead of the Cardinals, it’s not a terribly odd use of the word.

The article is written terribly.

Because the article is written terribly.

Fair enough, but “bar” in my neck of the words is a colloquialism, so if a place just sells beer or liquor for consumption on premises, it’s a bar (as opposed to a place that has a food menu/restaurant). And since WI does not allow (newer) places that brew beer on premises to have a kitchen, we consider them bars.

Pretty similar to Wisconsin (at least the Milwaukee metro area), although the swiping the card then handing it back is growing in popularity at non-brewpub establishments as well.

Wut? If a microbrewery brews on site, then sells said beer in either glass, can or bottle for consumption on premises and there are tables, seating, and *gasp* a countertop-height or higher device at which people sit and place their drinks on - commonly called a bar - it is a bar.

But the reason for that particular paragraph is to call Cuban out for either lying about being a 100% hands-on owner OR lying about not knowing about what went on.

Don’t forget about the Dipshit Massachusetts Commission who’ve been pushing this for Mass & New England for at least 3 years.

This isn’t about an underfunded race team - this is about a race team that has no idea how to budget or “live within their means.” Why does a team that’s already resource-deficient have 4 cars (at least) and 7 drivers?

I bet Rafe pronounces it jag-wire as well. Or jag-war. Not jag-u-ar.

That would make more sense.

Ah, that was so quick I totally forgot about it. And, I had my mind on there being a bike race where that occurred, not simply using a bike as a weapon.

1) my wife is a top-of-the-butter scraper. It infuriates me to no end.

It’s been a long time since i’ve seen Step Brothers, but i don’t get your reference.

His new nickname is now Happy Gilmore, unless for some reason, another cyclist has attempted to maim another rider with a bike.

Except in this case, that IS the person’s only job - let the AI control but intervene if absolutely necessary.

I wonder if there’s a metric to see how many people have no clue what the hell you’re talking about.

A criminal charge only implies that there’s enough evidence of criminal wrongdoing to warrant the case going to trial. Maybe we’re saying the same thing, but from a legal perspective, I hate the “charge = guilty” mindset.
