I must have missed the submission for this but "Mileage" is great car app. You record your gas fill-ups and it calculates more statistics about fuel economy, gas prices, and fuel spending than you'd ever need (or want) to know.

@talkingstove: Version numbers are usually arbitrary measurements in the first place. If they'd have gone 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, and 0.6 everyone would be screaming "Release 1.0 already!!"

@doomed13: I agree. The alternative app ecosystems are pathetically sparse.

Checking? When it's pushed to you it is hard to ignore that icon at the top of the screen...

@w1llk - Undoubtedly Cookies: It depends on who is rounding. If I was a guessing man I'd say that the TV was actually 2.35:1 and that they just rounded slightly to get the whole number aspect ratio. Also movies shot in 2.35:1 can vary in height by a pixel or two in either direction so for some you will get letter

@Nitemancometh: Metric tons of movies are shot in 2.35:1 which is essentially 21:9.

@n9n3: Idiots. I impulse bought an Apple TV a month ago on ebay thinking I could run Boxee or XMBC on it for HD playback with DTS decoding.

If this runs Boxee or XBMC I'm in for 3. Otherwise, 3 * Boxee Box.

What a bunch of douches! Glad you're restreaming it on a better platform than Quicktime.

I flip between ADW and LP all the time on my CM6 N1. I love the polish and fluidness of LP and the level of customization on ADW.

@Maave: Check out the new line of PMPs Archos just announced yesterday for an alternative solution.

@Michael Paton: Micro USB on the device. It's smaller than the iPort or iPlug or whatever they're calling it these days.

This is one of the reasons that I loved Wave. To see that they are porting the major features over to other services before its official death makes lose all anger toward its killing.

Google Latitude, baby. I'll never turn back. No need to give my friends directions to where I am ever again when tailgating a sports event, at a new restaurant, or dumping a hooker in the woods.

I better sell my Apple TV just in case. I'll certainly miss it just sitting in the box I ordered it in for months having never been used. Poor little guy. Off to a better home where people don't care about the quality of their hardware.

@Jason Scott: You do know that Ultimate Droid is just a CyanogenMod ripoff with no attribution? It's been on Froyo for months because CyanogenMod has been on Froyo for months. This is just the first fully stable release.
