Be sure to try RateBeer as well. It can function more of a reference app and does not require you to have an account. With an account, however, you are afforded similar features (e.g., recording what beers you are drinking, getting recommendations).

Did you hit submit before finishing your comment? I was waiting for the difference...

Nah the photo was just taken when he was running in front of a 1/8th scale model.

"Scientists have code-named the strand B1-66ER."

While the US episode in the south was exceedingly hilarious, I think S10E01 is what I'd use. It is where the three go on a search for the best driving road in the world. The awesome cars, beautiful sights, and banter between the three regarding their cars makes it enjoyable from start to finish. That and watching May

I read an amazing book (also very lengthy, technical, and mind-numbing) about how people perceive data last year. I can tell you that despite a lot of people reading the numbers associated with each item, a lot of them will come away thinking milk had the largest representation on the image due to its relative size

PICS OR GTFO! Wait...

My parents raised me to be courteous when given something by another individual by thanking them. I abuse this trait at Chick-fil-a.

Straight line down the middle of the keypad. Same for 0852 but upwards.

Plume rocks on the tablet. It still needs some work but it works very nicely. I especially like how it opens an embedded browser so I can keep scrolling up my stream as I checkout a linked website from a previous tweet.

The AI of the ghosts was tweaked so that the same patterns could not be used as with the original. Of course this only led to new patterns being developed.

I would have thought something along the lines of "travel more" or "see more things" would have been on this list. I'm already doing these 5 well enough in my opinion and not travelling around the world is what I take issue with most in my life. Not to say that I'll never get to travel to exotic places (I'm still very

They can but they (so far) have only used it to remove malicious applications whose sole purpose it to steal personal information. Google removes a lot more applications that you are probably aware of for various reason and I doubt they want the hassle of dealing with the media if they forcefully removed it from every

The losing battle is correcting people on these facts. Even a nerd website like Lifehacker has them incorrect. "...will be unlocking the bootloader on their Android phones, meaning they'll be much easier to root."

You're fighting a losing battle. Welcome to a world where encrypted bootloaders equate to not being able to root, all Android phones actually being "Droid"s, and 4G networks that meet only 1/4th the requirements of the 4G standard.

This news more corresponds to running custom versions of Android on the phones, not rooting. If the phone has a locked and encrypted bootloader you can still (usually) achieve root.

Good post. I've mostly stopped correcting people/articles on this unless they are talking to me in person. To the people who don't even leverage custom ROMs and applications that require root access it is usually too confusing so I'll allow them to throw the terms around loosely.
