Rumor is, teams of scientists at NASA are working around the clock researching helmets that will stay on his head. They believe this will lead to great insights into how our universe works.

Thanks. As a St Louis area resident, and vehemently opposed to using tax dollars from a city that desperately needs it used elsewhere, I have been following this saga closely. Keep up the good work reporting on these stadium financing battles.

Could you offer some clarification for me. Why is the entity that controls the dome suing to prevent a vote? Would they control both the dome and the new stadium should it get built?

This actually happened to my parents this year. When their accountant went to file their taxes, they were notified that a return had already been filed once this year. Apparently it has become pretty common this year and its a mess to fix.

How is the French govt OK with this? And what about anyone else who has businesses that are affected in the three weeks of cloud-seeding prior to the wedding. Wouldnt businesses, say a winery that has an outdoor patio, have a legal recourse against them doing this?

A few residents work on the railroad, some monitor the tunnel, but for the most part, people are employed by the City of Whittier itself.

You're doing it wrong

The thing that gets overlooked a lot in these articles is that the city of St Louis made the Cardinals (baseball) build Busch Stadium with what I understand to be a lot of private money, and loans to be paid back with private money. I don't see St Louis caving and giving up a bunch of money for the Rams, which have

I have a friend that runs a custom hauling business and he says that the law in Illinois is that he is responsible for any rocks that come off of a trailer until they hit the ground, at which point he is no longer liable for damage caused by them.

When the machines take over, this will be one of their favorite weapons, using it to constrict us until we pop in half.

The Sochi olympics were projected to cost $12B. They ended up costing close to $50B. On Earth. Don't see this being accomplished by Russia for $9.3B.
