Could you offer some clarification for me. Why is the entity that controls the dome suing to prevent a vote? Would they control both the dome and the new stadium should it get built?

One problem with that is the majority of podcasts would not be listened to by a large contingent of scientists. We generally disregard things that aren't peer reviewed, as that is a good way to sort out bad science and biases.
