I played Planetside 2 for years, ever since the beta, and sometimes still do. I don’t like where it went. The worst is the lattice system. And then the combining of the resources... and etc.

Doesn’t seem like it. I believe that’s only if someone on your team shoots a teammate while in the Dark Zone.
