Until a grocery bagger actually shows a little care and concern I will not give them a tip. More often than not I end up with frozen items and fresh produce in the same bag. Isn't that grocery bagging 101?

Here in Milwaukee where I live there is a place called "Hands On Garage" which is similar to what you are describing. I don't know how common these are but if Milwaukee has one it is likely other metro areas do also.
