I use a cooler. It works particularly well in the summer, keeping the frozen items frozen until I get home.

For me change goes like this:

Until a grocery bagger actually shows a little care and concern I will not give them a tip. More often than not I end up with frozen items and fresh produce in the same bag. Isn't that grocery bagging 101?

If applicable, I park near a cart corral closest to an exit.

A little off topic but does anyone have a good recommendation for an alternative video player on and iPad?

Here in Milwaukee where I live there is a place called "Hands On Garage" which is similar to what you are describing. I don't know how common these are but if Milwaukee has one it is likely other metro areas do also.

If I am out for dinner with good friends and someone keeps checking their phone and texting I will start giving them some glaring eyes.
