Probably not honestly, VQs are great motors, and unless you were trying to save some money by selling the VQ for a 1UZ I would not say it's worth it for all the work you would have to do. Wiring is TERRIBLE on the 1UZ and the Z33 so combined I can't even imagine the horror that would be. IMO if you're really wanting

What 600hp Supra? If you're referring to the black ITB one with the custom S62 style manifold I wasn't talking about that one. I was referring to the motors built by Richardson Motorsport which make almost 600hp at 9200rpm. And the 2700hp one hell no that was not a stock block, but 20psi in an early 1UZ can be handled

Was about to suggest this. Can support over 20psi on the stock bottom end with no trouble whatsoever. There was even a drag car in Australia with one that made 2700hp. Have seen them with 600hp NA, also they have the ability to hit 11000rpm if you dial up the rev limiter.

Well actually the Japanese version of the car came with the turbo 2J, so it was already set up for any issues. The only thing that's really a pain is the wiring, and that's not even so bad when they make conversion specific harnesses and there are diagrams all over the internet.

Well as awesome as that is, a 2JZ in a GS is very easy because the standard model came with the N/A version of that motor, so it already was a perfect fit.

The turbocharger has something to do with it, but I was referring to the entire engine (2JZ swapped from an MK4 Supra)

Lol you actually beat me to this. I had one, and I just loved the shape. Weirdly, it ended up always being practical and easier to get out of my pocket than any other key I've had haha.
