I wouldn’t have said this a couple of episodes ago, but at this point I think Lottie is the least fucked up of the survivors (except maybe Van),and that’s saying a lot. All the rest of them are killing people, animals, or putting a gun to their own head.

Shiv’s dark meat comment is totally in character. In season 1 roman says she used to say that stuff too when  she was younger.
