My buddies and I regularly back out if we have to do Valus Ta'Aruc (or whatever) on Mars. Its so damn long, and he's such a damage sponge.

The fanon explanation I've used for that is that he wasn't married to her - it's been a couple of years since I've seen For Your Eyes Only but I don't think there was any "my late wife" dialogue or anything like that - but, due to the various amounts of training/backstory learning that goes into taking on the mantle…
Last week, Kotaku did an unscientific speed test with the New Nintendo 3DS and the regular Nintendo 3DS. This…
I don't have access to my Xbox for large periods of time during the year. So I it's not an issue of not putting in the effort, but not being able to grind for better Vanguard/Crucible marks.
To be fair 'the basics of what it takes to earn high-level rewards' Is just having the ability to endure hours of repetition, its not a question of organic adaption to any level of 'skill'.
When you use a word that indicates something less than humanity, like "monsters," to describe a member of humanity, you are inherently demonizing them and rendering them as something non-human.
It's not only her. She just makes sure people are aware of it happening where others just shrug and go on with their lives. Journalists. Politicians. Anyone in any sort of media get tons of death threats and most of them just brush it off. It's not nice but it's far from rare or noteworthy when it happens.
Please respect tables

Makes sense. I believe the whole 900p thing was actually embedded in one of their earlier articles too, it just hadn't been unlocked with the new downloadable DLC yet.
It's weird, if you ask anyone if they are actually having fun then they'll look puzzled. It's basically one huge addictive grind feast.
Thank you. You have to understand that we get comments like this constantly that say "oh, Jezebel will be writing about this tomorrow!" or whatever nonsense. But one of the real defining ideas here as far as I can tell, is that our writers all get to do pretty much whatever the hell they want. So it's really…
I figure it'd go something like this:
The same kind of people that complain when a game doesn't "punish" them enough. People just don't seem to understand that purposefully adding in negative experiences to normal gameplay only adds disappointment and frustration. Just look at Dark Souls, you have to die twice in order to incur a penalty and the only…
I'm amazed that they had years to watch Blizzard fuck it up to then do the exact same thing.
There is no point in making a loot based game if the loot is not meant to be the driving force for the gamer. No one plays Borderlands or Diablo so they can go to a NPC and purchase their gear. They want to find the gear. Purchasing legendary equipment is a viable means of just getting your Light level up, but not…
It's depressing how many greens I've gone through.
The fact that HALF the features (or lack thereof) in this game passed testing terrifies me. Yeah, I play the hell out of it and still find enjoyment, but it's just one baffling thing after another. I mean, not a single tester thought, "Gee, maybe we should let players skip cutscenes!" Sheesh.
I have put enough hours in to be a Lvl 25 and I have not once had a legendary drop once. Not once. I also have not had a single good item drop during or as a reward for a mission or strike.
Do you know what false equivalence is? If that was how football was intended to be played, yes. But it's not. That's why there are stadiums and guards to keep people off the field.
