Yeah, that is my biggest gripe with the patch.
Yeah, that is my biggest gripe with the patch.
Yeah I'm not really a fan of this change. It's hard enough getting ascendant materials.
Seriously what is the point of doing this? Now I don't even need to do the missions and everything is pointless with it. Especially the bounties saying "kill this and this with an Emblem and Shader that you can't get till at least rank 1." When is THAT getting fixed? I just don't get the point of playing anymore. …
Today's patch will also stop players from getting ascendant materials when they dismantle Queen's Wrath gear.
Just criticizing for criticizing's sakes is pretty shallow however. It would be a lot more cogent if it had more of a point to it and not because everyone has an opinion. Of course people do. People have all sorts of pet peeves that gets shown off in internet discourse. But it doesn't mean all criticism is convincing…
The fact that having male leads is considered "taking a chance" in this day and age is fucking disgusting. And sexist.
If the designer/director believe that a female party character won't add anything to his game, then he should not feel guilty about doing that. Nobody needs to feel that they should follow a certain social ethics so that they are forced to add a token character in the game just to please entitled gamers.
Yes, all of the other reviews are invalid because they didn't wait an extra week to grind the same shit over and over again in order to do a raid mission that maybe 3% of the game's total population will ever actually complete.
It's amazing what a game journalist can do when they actually spend proper time with a game of this size instead of churning out a review the day after release.
Unimportant to the plot does not mean unimportant to the game. It's possible that her quests could be vital in understanding things about Snake and/or the places and people around him. It's also possible she could appear in cutscenes/events if she doesn't die.
Sadly, no, there's no better gear to be found from engram drops. They're all equal in quality to vendor gear, when they're kind enough to decrypt as legendary. Presumably the raid has better gear, but otherwise the game is designed to support multiple play styles, allowing you to get that gear through world drops if…
I am a reactionary person. It got so bad because he was being a passive aggressive git who, by the way, mysteriously got backed up by three people two of which use the same exact diction he does. One of which instructed me to "kill myself" for my opposing opinion. (Dismissed these comments. Not playing with that fire.)
The big problem with Destiny's loot system right now is composed of several smaller problems
Well, yeah, busted. I made a post on the Internet so a year from now I can dust it off and show it to all my friends to prove how I totally called the likely release window of a videogame some time in advance.
Oh, gawd, what is wrong with you.
Cloud was totally an emotionally challenged toyboy, and the male protagonists in the sprite era were the same, except it was a little hard to convey in 16x32 pixels. Look at the official concept art and you'll see.
Spent the last hour trying this trick and I feel like I just wasted an hour. I got nowhere near that amount of loot and virtually everything I got was garbage.
Well, that's the thing. Lots of people are criticizing the story for being kind of generic. This theory puts a bit of a wrinkle/adds a bit more spice to it.
I'm still waiting for the Bungie game where I'm not fighting the Flood (aka The Hive), the Covenant (aka The Fallen), The Brutes / Hunters (aka The Cabal), and those stupid light robots from Halo 4 (aka The Vexasuarus Wrex - or whatever the hell they are called).
But yeah, Tyrion really helps sell the idea that you're…
It's actually straight out of Half Baked with minor editing.
