Yeah, admitting that it takes 50 games to get back into the competitive bracket where you belong isn’t doing them any favors. I don’t want to slip rank because I’m forced to play with micless autolock players who don’t communicate or cooperate.

Lol here come these youngins bashing the Beatles again. *eyeroll*
Owen Good???
Surprised more people don’t see it this way. But Reaper of Souls didn’t really add as much as Lord of Destruction, so I guess that’s just how they roll now.
Again, I can see why you have that rationale. And sure, compared to a movie it’s, well, actually a bit unfair.
I’ve seen you post a similar comment before. Without seeming like I’m singling you out, let me ask, just because you personally would spend that much time replaying the same content, can you understand why that may not be the same value for someone else?
I agree with everything you said. The romance and ending of KH1 was so sweet, in KH2 there wasn’t as much plot pressure, leading Kairi to involve herself. Which is fine. But now, after DDD being another Riku Sora tale, I’m really curious what the dynamic is in 3, with presumably all the relationships of Roxas’s,…
Zeus, the salt around here... I thought Sony has been doing fine, but arrogant? Anti-consumer?
I know I’ll sound like a fanboy, but the conference just didn’t wow me. In fact, the beginning with the Porsche reveal was downright embarrassing. I’m glad he didn’t start listing the car’s specs, too. Honestly hope they get reamed for that. Luckily it improved from there and focused on games.
Ok.
“Industry as a whole” meaning it’s a far too common occurance with how games have been releasing lately. Not that I expect it to ever stop.
It would certainly be a chance to restore hope! Shadow Broker and Leviathan were great, so maybe this dev team is better suited for smaller, more focused gameplay experiences.
All the more reason to send a message to EA not to rush out a bad product.
Ugh. They worked on the DLC and multiplayer of those games. Andromeda was their first full game they were to be responsible for, though they still needed help from other teams. They were restructured into a new team for that purpose.
The game was bad, poorly made, had fewer gameplay options, and was a rehash of several of the previous games.
It’s not awful. They should only get bonuses when they do their job and release finished products. That’s the bare minimum, really. Forget bonuses.
It matters because the original poster said they liked Bioware for its previous games, and therefore they color their own opinion on subsequent Bioware games based on its brand or heritage. And to me that’s always a foolish thing, especially given how many teams and creative changes the developer has made in the past.
Just because they worked on the previous games doesnt mean they were leads or “key” devs at that time. Which is why I phrased it intentionally the way that you quoted.
