My dear lord, how overdramatic you are. Bioware Montreal was a newly founded dev team just for the game and you know this. And I’m not sure how having to coordinate between three teams and 200 people ended up being a good thing for the game. Which was ultimately my point. The game wasn’t good.

All of your criticisms were valid and well thought out in a way I didn’t have time to describe since I was fending off other arguments. But that’s the root of the problem of Andromeda.

I didn’t mean to insinuate that my opinion on the likelihood of multiple DLC’s was low to mean it was confirmed, so my apologies. But the team was downsized after the game as Kotaku reported. Some argue it’s a natural process, but it is interesting.

Oh, definitely management looks like a major culprit.

And? I’m saying expecting the same quality without the same leadership isn’t always a guaranteed bet.

If that’s what you want to focus on. But the animation was horrible, and the open world design did little to improve the overall quest at story structure.

Since Andromeda’s team was the ME3 DLC team, that makes sense and I should have considered it. I guess I’m just pessimistic that we’ll get content at the same quality as the ME3 DLC like Leviathan or Citadel, which is ironic.

The problem is, a lot of the creative talent behind those games you mentioned left the company. And, the “Bioware” behind Andromeda not only didn’t have many of the key staff from past Mass Effect games, they themselves had never made a full game for the company before. So this new dev team should absolutely warrant

As much as I loved Dragon Ball Z as a kid, I didn’t try to get into Super. After seeing the animation in the above clips, and seeing some of the comments explaining story beats like the 12 universes and the 12 gods of destruction (one of whom is a literal clown), it appears to me that Super is just copying Bleach/One

People watched Jersey Shore and Honey Boo Boo, among other similar shows. I wouldn’t say people are dumb for watching it, but the content itself is dumb and base. That’s the point being made.

Just dropping in to say that while you did jump the gun a bit, nothing you said really warranted the toxic responses you got, as per usual.

I’m not initially impressed, but I’ve always loved Castlevania, so I’ll be supporting it.

...Hence the word barely? Because little else about his character, his voice lines (none in spanish), his sprays, etc. reference it.

So, in my opinion, it seems the skins in OW strike a good balance of heavily displaying the source culture, and having the race or nationality be just a part of the character. I think

That’s probably another discussion. I just don’t understand how the author suspects the skin is trying to be like pop artists like Bruno Mars, when people like Bruno Mars. What’s the problem?

You get it, thankfully. People like McCree exist, Reaper barely shows his race, Koreans adore D.va. Lucio has 1 stylish skin and people are upset? I mean, yeah he has a soccer skin, but also a hockey skin. Why is everyone glossing over that?

Lame? What kid on the 80's, white or black or any race, didn’t want to be like him?

Let’s not.

It’s not contradictory. You can say a restaurant has the right to make the menu the way they want to, while also wishing they didn’t require you to eat your soup with a fork.

Agreed. They look like day-time soap stars. Braniac is just some middle-aged man.

After watching the trailer, I’m not sold on her design. The whip should be fun, but her face and the floating hair didn’t read well in the cg trailer. And War already rocked red, and Death had the great purple and ghostly green, so I hope her palette is fleshed out or changed.
