Having owned a nearly new, dirt-colored 1984 Zhiguli, I can tell you that these cars are total pieces of shit, like the Fiats that they were copied from, only worse. You’d know that if you did even the slightest research before publicly worshiping them. They are not made of thick steel and “Soviet might” didn’t

...things we will Niva get.

I granta you that’s a largus amount of snow. You niva make it a prioraity to plow it.

There are devices available for emergency vehicles that allow the key to be removed from the ignition with the engine still running. I’m not saying every department equips this device to their vehicles, but many do.

Overt racism still not cool dude. Trump voters seem confused. Only Trump himself can be overt. The rest of you still gotta be subtle with your bigotry. Sorry guys.

And not a declared war anywhere to be found.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Everyone else is getting bent out of shape moaning about it. It’s almost as if they want the BBC censorship back. People just like to moan I suspect.

That segment was awesome. If they just let James May do his bits in the style of his ‘Cars of the People,’ documentary (which is besically what the did with the GT40/P3 bit) I’d like the show way more.

Icy what you did there.

Hammond definitely has Rocky Road ahead of him.

I was watching the episode and thinking “people on the internet will be triggered by this”.

LOL at all the idiots getting their panties in a bunch over this. They do this because they can, because let’s be honest, we’ve ALL SAID something along these lines. It could have been funny at the moment or not, we’ve all done it. Fuck all the over sensitive people. fuck’em

Rolling coal is a failure of air supply, not a failure of fueling. A diesel that is rolling coal would not make more power if you reduced fueling until it was burning clean. Diesel doesn’t quench like gas, its reduction reaction (what makes the soot out of diesel) is hot enough that cyl temps (and power) increase

I’m more interested in the valves. Turbo DI engines are known for their sludge buildup on the valves, I’m wondering if the Ford ones follow that trend or if they burn off the blow-by better than other manufacturer’s efforts.

I’d love to see an engine tear down on that thing. I’m really curious how all these high mileage turbo DI engines are doing in terms of valve buildup. I haven’t heard much about it on the EcoBoost platform, but I know VW/Audi had issues with it.

Did the owner really just render that Raptor 99.999999999% useless in off road situations by adding a set of douchebro wheels?

Or any Boston sports team.

Everyone would rather blame it on Congress than admit that this administration was a failure. Obama was too concerned with golf trips and visiting with celebrities.

Perhaps Obama should have taken fewer golfing trips and spent more time promoting his agenda. Then all this wouldn’t be “last minute”. Of course the administration was rock solid secure in their belief that the heir apparent would be crowned without a hitch.
