Agree, but if ever there was a reason…

I really liked that short bit of business with drunk Bob in his homemade dugout/jail cell stuporously staring at the walker.

Yup. The Rick-Shane fight scene in particular in 18 Miles Out was top notch.

Yeah, I wonder where they're going with the group, whether the group has a base, and so on.

They are enjoying it for what it is, which is a deeply flawed, effed up show that occasionally comes through. Hence the hate watching.

Oops. 'Bethnapped' kind of implies she took herself off. I meant someone else did, fwiw.

Interesting. If anything I've thought the reverse. I thought his acting when he learned of Lori's death was remarkably good. He was also good in the key scenes of waking in the hospital in the pilot, in dealing with Shane in 18 Miles Out, in shooting Sophia in 2.7, in the bar shootout in 2.8, in killing Shane, in

It DID seem like there was a lot more going on between D and B this episode. It was hard to see the imperative to carry her into the kitchen not long before the ending, other than they both liked it. I'd like to see them get together. Watching couples figure things out is often more interesting than seeing singles put

Did I just imagine it was obvious that Beth was Bethnapped? The IGN reviewer wrote that Beth just drove off. That seems inconceivable, but then again I would have said Sasha felt at least a little something when Bob kissed her. I've tried kissing like that a couple of women it turned out weren't expecting to be kissed

Killed a few, collapsed from exhaustion, just sort of lay there resting? I can see it. As for that being where Sasha looked, if it weren't for coincidence tv shows couldn't exist.

I'm guessing no, unless we're meant to be in on Negan's story from the beginning. Between the ep w Rick and this one it doesn't seem like he commands more than a half dozen men, though I suppose he could be on the road just to mess with people.

Well, since we've never met, I'm clearly not from Planet Arsehole. I did qualify with "real life", though I get mine was a long post and tough to read. Your turn.

It is interesting that Lincoln is no longer the center of the show. I wonder if that was a conscious decision towards the end of Season 3?

One of those women who responds particularly well to makeup, I think. Also, her typical bun on TWD isn't her best look.

I thought that was okay. He just dropped his guard for a minute. Should have kept the dog barking to cover the inevitable noise, I guess.

"Nothing has happened so far in this second half of a season."

Win!

And two black women! Good job, TWD.

Oops. Guess that was the flashback.

I agree on pacing, but a lot of the complaints here since the break haven't been that not enough happens, but that not enough good character building happens. This episode was fairly slow, but was much better done than the previous four episodes. It also lacked the howlers that have plagued each of 4.9 - 4.12. For TWD
