Certainly, unless they’re warped or cracked, which is sometimes the case. My GTM goes through rotors like candy, and yet sometimes they can still be reused, it all depends upon the conditions.

Nothing will ever stop crime. But removing these extremely violent people before they have a chance to spread, and create a glorification of the culture would certainly put a massive dent in it.

If by “innocent people” you mean people who would attack me such as the one’s mention in this article who attacked that innocent father and his family...
It very possibly could have, and has in many situations with direct video evidence that directly contradicts your opinion.
Three “anecdotal” videos? Do you even understand the definition of the term? Do you even realize that “statistics” are just a group of “anecdotes” as you would label them?
In what case? Did you dream that up all by yourself?
We’re all human, and so we all make mistakes. Furthermore, when someone is in such a paranoid mental state as a criminal actively committing a crime, you can actually induce them to commit mistakes, or just wait until the opportunity presents itself, when they make one on their own.
It isn’t “murder begetting murder”, it is murder, followed by a complete removal of the problem, a solution which doesn’t require decades upon decades of feeding, clothing, housing, and paying for all medical and denta care while kept in a cage.
Dumb ass, I have worked in one. I made it to sergeant, then as an STG classifications officer dealing with the worst of the worst. I was on every emergency response squad except K9 at one point or another, from DART, to RRT, to CNT, to CERT.
It happens all the time, especially with how paranoid most people become during the commission of a crime, and how easily distractions become available.
Tell that to his wife and kid, I’m sure it’d be a warm comfort.
Not so:
I have several sets on different vehicles, and aside from the calipers themselves and the rotors, what is so expensive?
That isn’t nearly as much of a concern as it used to be, what with modern labs and DNA testing. The vast majority of the death row exonerations you see are from trials dating decades back, and up through the mid-90s.
It is only a violation of humans rights in the same way that taking a life is always a violation of human rights. How it is done shouldn’t matter, only that it is quick and relatively painless. We could have them strapped down while a well-paid UFC fighter snapped their neck, I don’t particularly care.

Given that the EU is the “European Union”, it is effectively one and the same. Nice attempt at deflection though.
Right, and it was slowly, but intentionally made that way by those same people who have a distaste for capital punishment in any form, and the same people who have made forced labor of prisoners a human rights violation.
But when such a person shows no willingness to be a productive member of society, and in fact, willfully chooses to be a violent, virulent cancer on that society, we should not be concerned with incarceration.
