My love for Koenigsegg’s can probably be explained by my love for the F50. Very similar shapes, similar crazy engineering, and removable hard tops.
E39 M5, C5 RS6, C6 S6, and C63 AMG’s are all around that price range. However, the only one that I think you could buy a decent example of at the price point is the E39 M5.
I’ve had a CLK GTR crisis since NFSHP2. My powerball garage would consist of a CLK GTR Super Sport and a Ferrari F50...perfection.
I wish I lived somewhere that I could enjoy an E60 M5 year round. Would be the the perfect daily/people hauler/highway missile/corner carver. Also, it is easily one of the best exhaust noises once it is uncorked, muffler delete ftw.
PREACH brother
I was trying to keep my post short but you spelled out what I was thinking. I’m sure the burst firing discipline was used to some degree as overheating seemed to be a big issue in the machine guns of the era.
Agree with your comment about the support weapons. I don’t understand how firing them longer would make them more accurate (on top of the BS overheating mechanism which defeats any gained accuracy). I am enjoying the BAR in semi auto mode, could use a little more punch though.
Hopefully this means the V10's return...
The Cadillac ELR is the first car I ever drove as a GM dealership employee. I think it may be the best looking Cadillac pre-CT6, however, despite its good looks the pricing is wonky.
I actually don’t hate how bland the styling is...I would dare to call it as handsome as the E39. The F10's headlights are especially repulsive with the white plastic corners. All being said I think I’d take a CT6 for the money.
Anyone think a Maserati Gran Turismo V8 could be swapped in?
Just got a rush of nostalgia thinking about civics rollin’ on dubs.
Or E60 :/
The GTS wing is designed to be as light as possible while delivering the desired aero effect. The wings you mention may be functional but the are also heavily stylized and that compromises the weight.
It generally plays out less cheesy than it sounds in the review. I was nervous myself when purchasing Horizon 2, that it would be too arcade like (i.e. NFS series) but upon playing it for endless hours it easily has become my favorite game in the franchise as there are so many things to do. The Motorsport games are…
Could be a return for the CSL moniker if BMW were to sack up and use that fancy CF technology for some body panels.
What most people don’t know, or won’t admit, is that customers lie too. Buyers can be just as bad, if not worse. Not justifying the shitty/shady tactics but it’s not exactly a one way street.
Forza Motorsport 6 is the game for you my friend.
According to various readers and writers on this site I am not allowed to make a living and dealerships should just give cars away for whatever the customer wants to pay. I am really close to taking this off of my favorites and reading Autoblog or TheDrive for my news instead.
