I was just noodling an idea. The likelihood that they would ever retrofit the A-10 to be carrier-launched, even from the deck of a LHD, is infinitesimal, but it would be awesome. Man, if the USAF wants to get rid of them that badly, I know some USMC pilots that would LOVE to have these available to them. Hell, they'd probably rather have A-10s flying off a short deck carrier, than F-35Bs or AV-8Bs.

I actually hit up Amazon this morning, in an attempt to buy a GT90 model. I found it, then saw a Maisto S550 Mustang model. My heart made me buy the Mustang.
