That's more or less impossible, as the sabot rounds are unguided. You need significant midcourse and terminal phase guidance to hit a warhead with a bullet.

That is impossible, given that the total GDP of the US was about $17.55 trillion, last year.
Wait. What?!?
That T-bird.
Well that sucks. It's tough to get a cab in Charleston, and Uber is always right there. We just used them several times on New Year's Eve.
I think the only way that the Perry-class could continue to be, in any way, effective, would be to strip them of a lot of unnecessary weight, completely replace their combat systems, add a VLS, and use off-board sensors to provide targeting data. Their radar systems simply aren't up to the task of AAW, period, and…
Yeah. We'll remember that the next time some crazy dictator starts invading countries and lobbing bombs towards London.
Those are awful. On any car. Every time I see a base Mustang V6 with the optional door mouldings, I cringe.
I think the most interesting thing about these, is that they're not likely to receive any resistance from those massive Japanese Coast Guard boats that you mention, but more likely, the Kongo and Atago classes of DDGs, which carry AEGIS and a very potent load-out of Harpoon missiles in their 90/96 VLS cells, not to…
The NSC, and the Hamilton-class that preceded it, do have one CIWS system.
While I don't disagree with your closing quip, perhaps it's to reduce off-track hoonage and tomfuckery.
Better, but TwinForce was the best name, all along.
I think the local Harris Teeter has turkeys for like $1.25/pound, so yeah, about double the cost, but I'm fine paying for quality. Cheers!
Ostrich burgers are fantastic. They're also massive a-holes, so I feel no remorse in eating those bastards.
I'm sure it's all dependent upon what they're eating, and how long they've been eating it. I know that a lot of guys will not bird hunt within X miles of the ocean, as the meat will be very salty from what the birds are eating. I've also been told that bear meat is typically awful, but if you get one that's been…
Here in South Carolina, they're a serious nuisance, and directions are to shoot on sight. My buddy took several last year, and made pulled pork with one of the shoulders. It was damn good, and tasted just as good, or better, as store bought shoulders.
If you don't mind me asking, what was the price difference? I can't stand store-bought turkey, and have wanted to get a good heritage bird since I first started hearing about them.
Also, the homage to 'Vanishing Point' from 'Death Proof'.
I don't own a shotgun, but I have a Beretta Px4 Storm in .40. It's a wonderful gun with a composite frame. Dead accurate, great action, easy to disassemble and clean. The only problem is that extra mags cost an arm and a leg, and they're not interchangeable with the Beretta M9/92/96.
Those birds fly over my office every day, low, and they're LOUD! I'm about a half mile from the airport/Air Force Base.
