That's actually now how it begins. So not "literally."

My reaction as well.

That last sentence is not up for contention. Say what you want about it's "Greatest Album Ever" narrative, but Sgt. Pepper 100% has the Greatest Album Cover of all time.

I like "I'm Waiting for the Day" a lot.

Rocky Raccoon is awesome.

I like that song fine.

Yes, and I acknowledged the Buck element (not the O-Ren sequence). My argument is that, although Buck, his friend, and the mob boss are all rapists, all of their attacks are referenced but kept off-screen. We never see Buck victimize the coma-steeped Kiddo, though it's made clear he's done it more than one time. So

That's more than a bit of a strawman. Garner is great in the role, and the scene is memorable/effective. You really should pay more attention to the movie itself. First, you misstated who Garner is playing. Also, at no point does Catch Me If You Can suggest that Garner's character is emblematic of how it sees women.

Criterion would be a great home for that.

Other than Buck, whose crimes are never shown onscreen, where is the rape content in Kill Bill?

You mean Hawk and Chick?

Kill Bill also marks the change from him making movies about people who are mediocre-bad at their jobs to people who are hyper-competent.

He also mentioned a British spy movie set in the 60's. That would be awesome.

Spielberg really believes in the DGA rules and that's why he let Hooper have credit.

People keep forgetting that Poltergeist is a Spielberg film. And JoBeth is the hero of the story.

They are co-lead. Sophie saves the day at the end, too.

Burn After Reading.

You've missed a lot of great stuff.

I count 5-6. Sugarland, Poltergeist, TCP, Always, BFG and the oncoming "The Papers."

Dee Wallace and Barrymore are both crucial to ET. And Wallace gets top billing.
