I think we need a counter add showing how we raise and love our daughters hoping they will be strong viable members of society, then they are sexually assaulted, and that changes the world for them.

They played it on GMA this morning. I found him so insufferable. I was looking at his wife behind him to, and I feel like she has a story to tell.  I hope she does.

As soon as I heard about this presidential alert system, my first thought was “can I block the number.”

The TSA held me up at Heathrow for a tube of mascara (45 minutes).  Have you ever tried to drink mascara?

Oh man, haven’t heard that in a while. It was nice to revisit.

She’s got what I call “party girl voice.”

I watched this last weekend, and enjoyed it. I’m also grooving on the Scandinavian fashion.

I thought I was being smart, and got a window on both 9 hours to and from Europe. The window was not situated in a way that I could lean on it to sleep and I felt bad about bugging the other folks, so I didn’t get up as often as I wanted. Live and learn.

I think I would vomit if I was made to enter that building.

My mother watches these one after another.  She doesn’t like anything new.

I traveled home to Austin from London that day.  You could see Greenland and icebergs out the window.  

This is missing everything I love about my dog. The cold wet nose, slurps, fuzziness that rolls over for a belly scratch, and no puppy dog eyes. This might make a good self defense running companion however, but will not replace my stubborn, stops every 5 feet to sniff & pee, fuzz bucket.

Maybe because she’s my age and I love her designs, this really hit me hard.

This makes me very sad. Circledog will be getting a few extra treats and kisses today.

I got one of those U shaped pregnancy pillows to help me sleep on my back. You can do either side as well. It’s really helped. And though I usually do pull it off and sleep on my stomach at some point, it’s much less time, and better for my neck & tmj.

I’m a fan of Jockey Skimmies, and when I can’t wear those, Monistat Soothing Care Powder Gel. It does the trick.
