Or you can freeze them in an 8oz ziploc covered container. That’s how I do mine. Let it sit out for few minutes, pop it in your take along bowl & it’s thawed and ready to heat at lunch time.

You’re supposed to brush first, not rinse out the tooth paste, and floss, getting the tooth pasted into the nooks and crannies, then rinse. If you floss first, you might be pushing bacteria into those crevices.
