What? cut off part of the ear? That seems a little extreme to me. Our local shelter tatoos bellies when they are spay/neutered. That freaked me out, but cutting off part of the ear? Makes them sound like the old "cut out" records that had a notch removed from the cover & sold for a fraction of the original price.

I think it has something to do with the skin cells dying at an accelerated speed. Pretty huh!
