A lady with my exact name phoned me because we both had an account at the local movie rental place & there had been a mix up. I hadn't rented anything in months & she had something go missing. The odd thing is, that the place was walking distance for me, but she lived in the next town north from here. Very odd!

Demitri Martin was on the Daily Show for a bit & has had a show on Comedy Central (Important Things). He also had a small part in Contagion as a lab assistant. I like his brand of humor. It's thematic.

My dog needs this sweater!

I'm a fan of the steel cut oatmeal. It's kind of a pain to make but I make a batch on the weekend & portion it out to six servings with some dried cranberries, smart balance & stevia for a grab and eat at my desk breakfast. Add a boiled egg & it keeps me going until lunch.

Reminds me of my dog trying to get through the bars of the footboard of my bed with his panda pillow pet. I showed him how to go through and then pull it through or jump over then pull it through, but every once in a while he forgets & tries to fit him & panda through that small hole.

I think there's something about getting old & not needing a bed anymore. My parents often sleep in the den in the lazy chair & love seat (not even full length). When they do use the bed, they lay on top of the bedding. Getting into my comfy clean bed is one of the highlights of each day for me. I just don't get…

I used to have those bumps on my arms. My dermatologist gave me a cream with a high percentage of ureic acid and they went away. It was quite a few years ago though so the treatment protocol may have changed. I don't have them anymore, so there's a chance they'll go away at some point.

Yes, it cost me just under for a round trip from ATX to El Paso, on Southwest (not so much a budget airline anymore) if you don't have time to plan more than a week ahead.

No basement, and there's work all day & exercising my dog who is a crazy terrier if he doesn't get enough exercise. Otherwise, he's a sweet angel dog. If I ever build a home, it will have a basement, if they can get through the rock.
