I don't understand the comment about the Notebook.
I don't understand the comment about the Notebook.
Japan has a very group-oriented culture and it is generally considered "bad" to be "different." One Japanese saying that I think really reflects the culture is "the nail that stands up gets hammered down."
This is impressive. Last time I went to the SF Zoo (6 years ago?) it was full of empty and over-grown exhibits and I was like just "Wow, this zoo sucks." Also, I used to think "If those kids hadn't been such ginormous idiots, they wouldn't have gotten eaten (and nearly eaten) by a tiger", but then I realized that it's…
People need to cut it out with calling themselves or their friends gypsies, unless they actually are. It is in no way okay for non-black people to call themselves or their friends black or worse the n-word. It's the same situation.
Does she not have any FRIENDS? You'd think SOMEBODY would be like "Oh, honey. No."
They're like, really good implants, though, aren't they? I see so many breasts taking shapes that breasts should not take. These are far from the worst, the most obviously enhanced.
I just do not GET them. They are always weirdly/inappropriately dressed in my eyes (not so bad here). And then there's that quote from one of them "Style is something you're born with. You either have it or you don't" and I'm like ?????????????????? I don't get it!!!!
I was always so confused by that dress.
She's just so completely unlikable to me.
I somewhat agree, even though it feels like blasphemy. I don't mind the concept. The head piece is nice. Would the shorter, nonsheer part be considered a peplum? I wish it was just a bit longer, because I feel like we can almost see her "privates" and that bothers me. Maybe I'm just a prude.
Okay, I do not approve of the argyle. What's with the length of their pants? Are we supposed to see ankle?
I don't mind the signature, but it would be stupid if it became a trend.
I'm not a fan of hers, but this dress is OK by me. I mean, points for being interesting. Also, love that she posed for picture with her brother.
When I saw this, I just wished there was less sheerness in the skirt.
Aw. I really like the color/print and I appreciate that this is a different silhouette for her.
I thought she looked good, but not great. Maybe a bit safe??
As someone who kinda always thought of Tahari as being for older women, I am absolutely WOWED by this. It's amazing!
I agree totally. I already didn't like the dress, but the jewelry makes me hate it.
I'm not a fan of hers, so maybe I'm being biased. I think this looks GOOD, but kinda what she always wears and therefore not GREAT.
I like it and I think it's different from what she usually wears.
