I had a Frontier until the family outgrew it, AKA my wife wanted me to get a full size truck. Loved my Frontier, I chose it over the Tacoma for the same reasons listed above. And offroading? If it can climb small snowbanks and park where sedans cannot, then I'm golden.

Kevin - 100% agree. I test drive long before I buy, so when it comes time for prices, all I use is email. Makes car buying so much easier, and even through email it becomes clear who wants to drag you through the mud and who wants to make a decent sale.

Jewelry stores are this way as well; sometimes I'd get out of work in jeans and a casual button up and it'd be about 50/50, some would act as if I'm only there to lift jewelry, others actually asked me what I was interested in purchasing. I think it's all sales, they have a style and make their judgements.

My mid-engined F-150 is just like he said.

So the reply button above won't let me actually reply, and I thought someone could get a kick out of this, so I replied to you Abe. It also involves someone saying something insanely dumb, so here goes:

Yeah I agree with that. Needing the bed to be a bed (the reason I bought a tonneau that comes off quick) is the same reason I bought the crew cab with the 6.5' bed, because under 6' feels like a big trunk. For me, the tonneau actually adds capability to my bed; especially when I'm towing.

and this is the scariest fact of them all: Soon, the Rock will have shot down the sun.

Since when did a tonneau cover become a bad thing? I can do mulch, brucks, rock, anything that won't fit underneath: all it takes is 2 minutes to unscrew the thing. And when I'm not doing stuff that requires an actual truck bed, it easily provides me lockable, dry storage for stuff as small as you want or as big as

If cost is a concern: Dogfish 90 Minute IPA, Cadillac Mountain Stout, Bell's Oberon (rich, dark, and bright)

Or, an even better way to live your life: Instead of paying $10 or $4 for that beer, spend the exact $10 or $4 at the local beverage center and get yourself some high quality brew!

It was an XLT, 4wd, crew, 6.5 foot bed, convenience package, 7350# gvwr package, towing, trailer brake controller, keyless entry pad (can't live without this one ever again), and I added the 3.73 limited slip. It's not cowboy cadillac but it has power everything inside and out, locking tailgate, tows near 10K#, had

Agreed; I hate to say something like 'if this were real life', because let's face it, GTA is far from it, but the end goal is the end goal and if you can achieve it with three or two or one, then let the players keep going. Pickup pilot died and wrecked the buzzard? Well you better improvise. Guy driving the getaway

I'm sorry for your misfortune, but when I read this I couldn't help but laugh. I had the Fleeca setup where you steal the kuruma lock up my xbox...15 feet before Lester's warehouse. I feel your pain.

I forgot to mention it earlier, but my current truck and all future trucks will be 4WD and I priced them as such. New york snow!

Just built the XL to match my current 2011 F-150; $43,855. XLT: $45,950. Could save a few thousand, I didn't realize the XL could be up-equipped so much.

An incident can be looked at in two ways: Just a mistake, or character defining. A typo, dropping something fragile, forgetting to pick something up at the store: these are mistakes. And maybe you make them all the time, but it doesn't necessarily mean you're a dumb, clumsy, or forgetful person all the time, it

This photo makes me think they decreased interior bed height like they did on the 2015 F-150. Tonneau cover users beware!

My first thought when seeing it was 'Clean'. The mouth is a bit blingy for my tastes but there's no way this is an XLT, my wheelhouse.

To say that trucks are worth nothing in 5 years is insane. Look up 2010 F-150's with reasonable mileage numbers, or better yet a 4 year old F-150 because of the new engines. Prices are insane. They hold on pretty decently. Kbb isn't the bible, but my 2011 F-150, which I bought for 32K, is currently kbb'd at 25K in

I bought my 2011 F-150 new, 38755 MSRP, got it down to 32500 before taxes. 15K trade in on my nissan frontier, paid like 11 or 12K cash, and financed the other 8K to get the $1K cash back just for financing. And this truck wasn't bells and whistles, I got a Crew Cab cause I had a newborn and was planning on more,
