Myopic, yes and no. The problem is so widespread, so endemic to the existence of police officers, all you can do is zero in on a specific region or department. We (sane people) have to prove that all law American enforcement is beyond saving, is fundamentally geared towards evil acts and doesn’t reduce crime in an

I mean legally, it kind of is. Under our broken "Justice" systen.

“I wish that never happened,” Lewis said of the killing. “But to say there’s only one victim in the story is absurd.”

Correct. If the judiciary is not either purged on a large scale or just outright ignored by the federal government (not a good path) then there simply is no path for forward progress.

Goddamn does Parasite Eve need a full reboot or remake or whatever you want to call it. The entire vibe, would be a massive hit cleaned up and turned into a more traditional over the shoulder action game.

Nah, it’s generally just a distraction. I would suggest almost any other framing device, just cut that entire thread away.

I mean...that ain’t gonna happen.

I would like to fuck your face with a rusty kitchen appliance.

From personal experience, some people only develop empathy after personally suffering. At length.

Nah.

My gut reaction here is not sympathy and, upon reflection, I don’t see why it should be.

They tried take what made it unique from the game (wild abilities and ults) and ironed it out, driving it closer and closer to pure shooter. Basically, it was retooled infinitely in pursuit of the success of Overwatch Leauge at the expense of both casual and serious fans interests.
