One time, I had a BMW 320i as a rental.

Yeah, I always thought I was a rebel when I put a 2x4 in the trunk or some sandy beach stuff.
I must be the odd ball here, but when I use rental vehicles I treat them better than my own.
If there’s any justice, it’ll head straight to Mar a Lago and expend all its’ force there.
Old Porsches may be a risky business*, but you had me at those phone dial wheels, and as we’ve established $3,500 is well within ‘why not’ range NP
Obviously the main argument here is “well you could buy blah blah blah for that money”, but that’s not really the point.
To put that in perspective, an empty semi trailer is 12,000 lbs..
Don’t tell that to this guy:
Out here in Georgia a town near me has some mean looking old Rams on their squad. Can’t imagine how many miles it’s got
If you had screw you money and a fuck you attitude, you’d buy this car, wrap it, stance it and put a ricer exhaust on it.
Does that mean he’s not coming on then?
These trucks get work done yo. Maybe where you are they are luxury vehicles so your perspective is they are only good for showing off. Here there are millions of these same trucks in basic trim. They are the work horse that keeps the country going. These trucks are driven millions of miles non stop 24/7 hauling cargo,…
Could it be that stock vehicles aren’t designed to be jumped? It’s still a 5,500-6,000lb vehicle that wasn’t ever intended to leave the ground. All are cheating. Especially companies like Ford pushing tiny turbo gas engines, which when tested never touch boost but when driven in the real world anytime you start making any boost, which is all the time because the engines are so anemic without it, put out way more NOX and CO than when tested.
“Whats the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Chevy?”
Not sure if dealerships are getting better, or I’ve been lucky. When we bought my wife’s 2012 Durango, it was super easy. Normally the finance manager tries to sell underbody coating or seat protection, so I told him I wasn’t interested in any add ons. His reply? “Good, that makes my job easier.” In and out in…
You better be talking about the “leaning tower of power”.
Who is this Mike Brewer guy? Is he the not-funny one that I fast forwarded past to get to more Edd China segments?
That fuel economy number just plain sucks, but it’s only a little surprising. I would have figured 10-11 MPG.
The rest of your complaints are just the Raptor being a Raptor though. It’s not a mudder, a rock crawler or a tow vehicle by nature, and I don’t get the impression that it’s trying to present itself as any…
