Maybe I’m just not a Volkswagen person but I really dont see who will buy this car. People buy Honda Pilots and Toyota Highlanders because they’re well made and hold their resale value. I suspect this VW won’t do either.

It’ll be a thirsty sob and get roughly 150 miles per tank and top out at 50 mph but that’s an awesome summer car. Good project for someone looking for something to fix up and have a fun weekend cruiser.

My 87 Jeep Wrangler did the exact same thing. You didn’t even need the key to start the damn thing.
I thought CUE was probably really good in theory but poorly executed and had a steep learning curve. I spent some time with one of the earlier systems in the new escalade and it was not intuitive at all.
Wish they didnt have the air suspension. That was a consistent problem with mine.
