To me the most off-putting thing about these review sites is that nobody is compelled to review unless their experience is overwhelmingly positive or negative. If I don’t see a bunch of 3 star “meh” reviews, it’s hard to trust that I’m not just seeing all outliers.

Every two weeks. Often enough to keep it clean and tight, but not so often as to spend a fortune getting haircuts.
