Well, that just about broke my heart. No matter how old you are when you lose your parents it makes you feel like you are really on your own for the first time in your life. Even if you have taken care of yourself financially for 20 years, you really feel like an orphan.

For me it was when I realized that sitting at my desk for 3-4 hours straight makes me stiffen up and it takes a minute of walking to stretch out again. Just sitting. Utter crap. That's old. And the two day hangovers from far less liquor than 1-2 years ago.
