I was sold on it being a very dark, very serious show and I was just utterly dismayed to discover another Shonen with human-monster hybrids, power upgrades, and more interest introducing mysteries than solving them.

I too really regret my decision to not have rich parents.

It’s difficult to underestimate movie execs, I remember the breakdown on Suckerpunch was that audiences don’t like original IP’s.

I instantly found the Drunken Master more likeable and I have to say it was very, very bold to give him the line “Do you think you’re better than me?”

It was frustrating watching better fights scenes and just thinking “Him, they should have cast him!” If you quit early you probably missed the drunken master fight. I think I found him to be immediately more fun than Danny.

I think it’s the eyes, they look weird even in photos. They don’t seem to have eyelids, or maybe the whites are too bright? It’s really bothering me.

I’m not sure about that, The Atlantic just wrote an article about his loyalty. Trump is a narcissist and routinely places blame on everyone except himself, I think he would throw her under a bus in a heartbeat.
