As a reminder:

It’s also Kathleen Kennedy’s fault for allowing the trilogy plot to be written like an incremental story-go-round instead of as a coherent fully-planned story.

This is tough. I personally work with a program that helps teach media production skills (and life skills) to young adults on the autism spectrum with the hopes they’ll eventually get employed in the workforce. I love doing this kind of work with all of my heart. Coming from that end, it’s a bummer and feels like a

I know this has already been referenced on Family Guy but I feel it really needs repeating:

The film looks horrible. That said, I understand Sia’s frustration here. No matter what she does, it will never be good enough for some people. The easiest choice is to simply not include such characters in your film, which is often the unintended consequence of such advocacy.

Did you know that Julia Stiles was extremely embarrassed by her stint on The Madalorian?

Gonna disagree - this is probably one of the safer shows to record during a pandemic. One contestant at a time. Outside. Very distanced. Hosts don’t need to be on set. The water is chlorinated. Let’s hope they clean the obstacles between people though.

This show is so well constructed and considering how awful TROS was I hesitate to be that critical, but I’d love to see this show branch away from Mando shows up somewhere and has to complete a task/request for someone before he can advance in his central goal.

Waaaay back in Discovery’s pilot episode, Michael Burnham made a choice to directly disobey her captain’s orders. This choice led to a series of escalating crises which ultimately ended in her captain’s death.

Good on them for actually looking for and casting an actress with a disability.

He’s very much in the “I hope you get the help and support you need, but also, you... suck” camp, along with Kanye West and Rose McGowan.

I’ll never understand what women see in Pete Davidson. He’s certainly not talented or good looking, and by many accounts just a annoying douche...wait, I think I answered by own question.

It’s also strange how fast we went from “the Federation is gone” to “here’s the Federation!

Lt. Nilsson is played by Sara Mitch who played Airiam in season 1. She appears to be the most senior bridge officers after Saru and Michael as she’s been in command most of the times those two aren’t on the bridge this season.

No he didn’t. He didn’t know she was going to murder him. He just asked her to take care of him and she took that to mean Angel of Mercy him.

Tying up loose ends, I’m guessing he wasn’t lying to Deafy about that. Just that he didn’t mention that Deafy was one of them.
