From reading the Oculus forums and a few reddit threads, a lot of people put in pre-orders just to save the spot, and are looking to cancel if the HTC Vive comes out at a lower price point or with better specs.

Dreadhalls on the Gear VR. I had to rip the headset off a few times because of some nasty scares.
