“I don’t like games having difficulty options” are saying they don’t want the choice to be there. The choice being there does NOTHING if they chose not to engage it. The choice NOT being there affects everyone else who would have engaged with said options... so its gatekeeping. Who the hell are YOU to dictate whether

Having an option does not make a game worse.  That’s gatekeeping.  You’re saying that if someone can’t keep up with the difficulty YOU are comfortable with, they shouldn’t be allowed to play the game.  Other people having the choice to lower or raise difficulty has no effect what so ever on the difficulty you play on.

This car is in the middle of transforming.

About time someone made an actually insane looking car. Anyone who poopoos the design is dead inside and needs to go have fun for once in their life.

Call me when they finally retire this body style.

Saw a documentary (or at least a piece of one) recently where they were showing these rather massive underground storm drains for flood use in the Vegas area. Apparently, they seldom get used given the regional climate, so they’ve become homeless encampments. Kind of like underground cities. Hope those folks made it

I liked when the kitty got a bag stuck on its head.

What does “grapple with its history” look like exactly?

Yet this site name is Kotaku. If there is a sense of irony about “appropriation” being ignored here... *shrugged*

I agree with the classic cyberpunk tropes and orientalism especially with the hats (“Get it? These are Asian robots...), but I’m not so sure the developers had an obligation to explain the history. Sounds like the choice for the location was very much inspired from the perspective of a cat. It’s also a fictional

I keep coming back to threads talking about it, seeing comparison pics and more with an open mind (or at least trying to), but every time I just keep coming away with the conclusion it seems like such an unnecessary remake. The resources put to work here would’ve been better used on pretty much any other project.

I really cannot tell the difference. They’re trying to spin this like it’s on the level of the FFVII Remake, it just isn’t.

This is ONE of the problems with live service games, and the companies that make them.

Actually that’s not what the case was about, it wasn’t to prove she was an abuser. It was for Johnny to see if a court believe what she got published online wasn’t true and that it cost him roles.

Also Amber’s counter, which one online very exaggerated thing Johnny said was proven false. The others weren’t disputed by

They pay for their own trucks, and maintenance on those trucks.

It’s not even the “up to” that’s the killer here. It’s the other shit the trucking companies pull. That theoretical faerietale amount of $250,000 is gross wages. By the time you pay for your own fuel, maintenance, certifications, and inspection on a truck you’re paying a lease on to the company that employs you, your

“Apparently full benefits and the ability to make up to $250,000/year won’t cut it.”

Right on!

Unionized trucking companies have a “driver advocate” too
