I think you really hit on it at the end there. Outside of Chelsea and Manchester City I don't think there's anyone as capable of playing consistent, competent soccer as United this season. They've rarely looked great, but they're doing that thing they did under SAF where they just pull wins out of their collective ass.

I learned about Bad Brains from this show, as well as a number of the others you mentioned. As far as introductory rock history shows go, there have been few better, in my recollection.
