They monitor their supply chain closer than anyone else in the business, and have recently introduced Fair Trade sewing. They also repair most of their clothing for a small fee, and will recycle their old fleeces for you.

Patagonia is the only company that I know of that monitors it’s supply lines all the way down, and they just started rolling out fair trade sewn garments.
