You got your wish for comedy!

You know she's Russian, right? :) First generation English. But Russian. She's a woman after your own heart, Gella!

You can do it.

Ah, just what you want with a migraine...a reason to grind your teeth!

It is a very hard shell to come out of. BUT you can come out of it. And you will. Part of it is age, but you also have to kind of make a conscious effort to honor what you believe in and who you are.

Just finished Martian by Martin Weir. It's pretty good, in the way that you want to keep reading it even when you're falling asleep. To me, that's the sign of a good book and what I measure my own good reads by, ha!

Oh, that sounds awful, I'm so sorry! I don't even know what to say except that. :( Hang in there!

Oh, I saw this after I wrote my reply above. It could be something like a pinched or inflamed nerve, too. It might not bother you when you're not having sex, but when the blood flows and you're stimulated, it can cause pain.

Is it pain like a raw, sore pain or a pain like nerve pain (think hitting your ankle or shin type pain)?

This might seem like a cheeky question....but how old are you? I ask kinda rhetorically because if you're still in your 20s, this is something that can kind of change naturally with age.

Congratulations on your promotion!

I call it Lady Cry Juice, but that's just me.

What you said. Exactly.

I'm in SoCal, too. And yes, it seems like my personal experience has been the harder the water, the worse the sulfate free performs.

I have a totally anecdotal and unscientific theory. I have experienced exactly what you're talking about and everyone I have heard the same thing from has this in common: Very hard or very soft water.

Like a fine wine....

I just learned yesterday that an otherwise sane-seeming lady in her late 30s at my gym has 1) never been vaccinated herself and 2) has never vaccinated her children. Because, poison.

Pfff, like that's not a good thing.

That is such a classic, beautiful red but I like how it can look coral-y and also really intense depending on how you apply it.

Wake me when she does the blood turnip thing.
