So very true. We are Ukrainian and Irish yet oddly my tiny human despises potatoes and pierogies. I’m not quite sure where we went wrong

Yum. This reminds that I need to go to our local German butcher. I roasted a chicken. The first of the season and just made a pot of soup from it tonight. So very satisfying. 

I have no luck. My headache is gone BUT I’m laid up with a nasty spider bite on my ankle. So not too many trips outdoors beside getting the tiny human together with her best friend at the Lighthouse. Also we were supposed to be in Texas for our nieces wedding tonight. But you know Covid & Texas. So yeah. 

I’m anxiously awaiting the next few days to see if he crashes or not from all those high doses of steroids. 

That is EXACTLY what we did. We have a tiny human close in age to those girls. After watching especially all the home movies bits, it was too much to hear how he killed those little girls. We just turned it off. Last 5 minutes be damned. 

I totally get that ... like I decided that the shut down during the Pandemic was the PERFECT time to finally binge watch all 15 seasons of ER and than go onto every other medical drama I’ve been meaning to watch bc I’m crazy 😂 

My husband & I watched last night up until he started confessing the actual truth. We have a tiny human close in age to those girls and after watching those intimate home movies it was too much to hear.

My mom as a child would visit her Aunt for summers on a farm in Upstate NY. Her Aunt would always tell the kids they could play wherever they wanted BUT “just don’t dig no holes” ...

I’m on the Northern East Coast and we are definitely going into the change of weather here. I also DO seem to suffer more with storms and such
